We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.
Refunds
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer:
- a replacement product
- a refund
- store credit
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Change of Mind
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once products have been opened.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure.
